Full job description

• Washing Dishes and Utensils: Operates dishwashing machines or washes by hand to ensure all dishes, utensils, glasses, and cookware are clean and ready for use.
• Cleaning Kitchen Equipment: Cleans and sanitizes kitchen appliances and utensils, such as pots, pans, trays, and prep tools.
• Maintaining Clean Work Area: Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area, including wiping down counters and emptying trash bins.
• Organizing Dishes: Properly stores clean dishes and kitchenware in designated locations.
• Assisting with Kitchen Support: May assist kitchen staff by cleaning prep areas, restocking kitchen supplies, or occasionally helping with basic food prep tasks.
• Maintaining Dishwashing Machines: Ensures dishwashing machines are working efficiently, and performs basic maintenance and cleaning of the machines as needed.
