Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Executive to manage both Freezone and Mainland company formation processes and serve as the primary contact for existing clients. This role requires someone with in-depth knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and strong client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end business setup services for both Freezone and Mainland entities.

Liaise with various Freezone authorities, DED, and other government departments for document processing, approvals, and licensing.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination throughout the setup process.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support for renewals, amendments, and additional service needs.

Track and update client files, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.

Work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, PROs, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay current with changes in UAE business regulations and communicate relevant updates to clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup, handling both Freezone and Mainland processes.

Strong knowledge of licensing requirements, documentation, and application procedures across multiple jurisdictions.

Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with efficiency and professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in sales coordination or business consulting is advantageous.
