As a Client Relations Officer / Hostess, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a positive first impression. Your role involves welcoming clients, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring their experience is exceptional. You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist clients by answering inquiries and guiding them through our services/products.
  • Manage bookings efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints gracefully, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a hostess, client relations officer, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • English language is a must, additional languages is an advantage.
