  • Supervise front-of-house staff including baristas and service crew during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and food items.
  • Oversee customer service standards and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders, and reduce waste.
  • Support training of new employees and ensure adherence to company procedures and recipes.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams for efficient workflow and service.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reports.
  • Enforce company policies, including uniform standards, punctuality, and conduct.
  • Communicate effectively with the store manager and report any operational concerns.
