- Supervise front-of-house staff including baristas and service crew during assigned shifts.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and food items.
- Oversee customer service standards and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders, and reduce waste.
- Support training of new employees and ensure adherence to company procedures and recipes.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams for efficient workflow and service.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reports.
- Enforce company policies, including uniform standards, punctuality, and conduct.
- Communicate effectively with the store manager and report any operational concerns.
