We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Cost Control Manager – Civil to oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring across our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost engineering within the contracting industry and a deep understanding of project financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cost control operations for civil construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Monitor project expenditures, cost trends, and financial risks.
- Provide cost reports and analysis to management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, procurement, and finance departments.
- Ensure all cost control processes align with contractual and company standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in cost control roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in large-scale civil projects with a reputable contracting company.
- Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Primavera, ERP systems, MS Excel).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of regional market trends, pricing, and regulations.
