Counter Sales Executive:Role : Counter Sales Executive

Location : Sharjah

Experience : Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type : Fulltime

• Greet and assist customers professionally, providing product information and recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on promotions.
• Handle order processing and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage cash transactions securely and follow handling procedures, ensuring accountability for collections and debts.

Desired Qualification:

· Bachelors Degree

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ( English)

· Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred

· Basic mathematical skill and attention to detail

· Ability to work in fast – paced environment

· Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
