Job Description
- Consulting, customer care after sales.
- Receive and answer customer questions and complaints about orders and products on the Company’s official online channels (Facebook, Amazon and e-commerce platforms).
- Monitor and handle feedback and complaints promptly, report to superiors in case they cannot be handled.
- Close sales if there is time (receive commission on total revenue according to company policy)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Experience
- Priority is given to candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a similar position or who have worked in the fashion industry.
- Can accommodate rotating shifts.
