Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain client databases and CRM systems.
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest ways to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Relation Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
