Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain client databases and CRM systems.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest ways to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Relation Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
