We are looking for a Customer Relation Officer with good proven experience to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients and are responsible for addressing their inquiries, answering there queries, and ensuring they have a positive experience with the company.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed

· Receiving the clients request for quotation, understanding the scope of work.

· Preparing Quotations or offers according to the client request or scope of work.

· Handle clients’ complaints and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner

· Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client’s interactions

· Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ needs and improve customer satisfaction

· Maintain accurate records of client’s interactions and transactions

· Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues

Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Empathy and patience when dealing with customer complaints

· Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus

· Previous experience in customer service or a related role
