Role Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience.
• Support the marketing team by promoting services and special offers to clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer relations, preferably in the healthcare, aesthetic, or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
