We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Executive Credit Card Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through direct sales, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Product Promotion: Communicate credit card features, benefits, and terms to customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends to identify sales opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
  • Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
