*Job Description:*

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Senior – CSA Motor. The ideal candidate will assist in various work tasks and support the overall process management within the motor insurance sector. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement in our processes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Assist in daily work tasks and support the process management team.

– Stay updated with the latest developments in the insurance industry.

– Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.

– Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and process optimization, such as Audit, Legal, Complaint, Etc.

– Handle various administrative tasks and documentation related to motor insurance., enalizing data, creating reports ,

*Qualifications:*

– Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly motor insurance.

– Awareness of the latest developments and trends in the insurance sector.

– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

– Perfect in English and Tagalog Language ,

*Preferred Experience:*

– Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field.

– Familiarity with process management and optimization techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
