Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPI’s.
• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team.
• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance.
• Managing data quality in SAP and CRM systems and preparing regular reports to the Customer Service Center Team.
• Acting as a key link between the sales team, customer service, and customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of pricing-related issues.
• Utilize Salesforce to create and maintain prospect data, ensuring high-quality and reliable information.

• Fresh graduate or experience with a bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Supply Chain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
