Position Title: Customer Service Associate – Emiratization Employment Type: Full-time – Hybrid (3 days office – 2 days remote) Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A dynamic entertainment enterprise pioneering the future of immersive entertainment in UAE and KSA. Job Description: • Deals with customer inquiry, suggestion, complaints and feedback via email, various social platforms, and phone calls. • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with the team to ensure customer service is being delivered effectively. • Develop a strong relationship with customers to ensure that company receive positive feedback online. • Making reservations via email or telephone for B2B/B2C customers based on their various requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Open to UAE nationals with Family book • Preferably from hotel, travel & tours, restaurant, ticketing attraction park • Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written in Arabic/English) • Freshers are welcome to apply
