Customer Service Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
Be the heartbeat of our customer service team – ensuring smooth order processing and top-tier support.
Own the order management process – from handling queries and processing orders to preparing export documents and coordinating shipments.
Support sales teams – helping with demand planning, pricing policies, and special offers.
Collaborate with finance teams – ensuring timely invoicing and debt collection.
Keep our systems up to date – managing customer and product data in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
Be a team player – stepping in to help colleagues and bringing new ideas to improve our processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
✔ You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ You’re experienced in customer service, operations, supply chain, order management, and/or logistics.
✔ You’re a natural communicator – strong in both written and verbal skills.
✔ You’re multilingual – English is a must, and if you speak Arabic or French, even better!
✔ You know your way around ERP & CRM systems – experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
✔ You thrive in a team and love working with people across different departments.
