Urgent Hiring for Customer Service Excellence.

Lead the daily operations of Customer Service Excellence Department by ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, implementing innovative strategies to enhance customers satisfaction, and achieving measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals

Business capabilities

  • 15+ years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred
  • Customer life cycle management
  • Customer interaction
  • Customer experience
  • CRM system knowledge

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred
  • Must have valid Qatar id and able to join soon.
