We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual female Customer Service & Order Coordinator with strong computer skills and experience in fashion e-commerce. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage online orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Arabic and English.
  • Process and coordinate online orders efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain and update product information on e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist with inventory management and order tracking.
  • Provide exceptional service to build customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in computer applications and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and online retail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred: Previous experience in fashion or e-commerce is a plus.
