- A complete documentation check & verification as per the standards of India Embassy/Consulate
- Promotion of Value added services
- Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner.
- Document checking to ensure that there are no missing documents.
- Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy of India
- Form Filling of the applications as per the requirement of the customer/service.
- Explains post submission procedure and informing applicant how to track his/her application.
- Make a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assure that there are no mistakes.
- Tallying and accounting of day end cash.
- Compliance with Behavioral conduct and process as laid down by BLS International.
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- Working experience in customer service for an year.
- Working experience in a visa/travel industry will be preferred.
- Should be a Graduate .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,300.00 per month
