Full job description

  • A complete documentation check & verification as per the standards of India Embassy/Consulate
  • Promotion of Value added services
  • Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Document checking to ensure that there are no missing documents.
  • Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy of India
  • Form Filling of the applications as per the requirement of the customer/service.
  • Explains post submission procedure and informing applicant how to track his/her application.
  • Make a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assure that there are no mistakes.
  • Tallying and accounting of day end cash.
  • Compliance with Behavioral conduct and process as laid down by BLS International.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Working experience in customer service for an year.
  • Working experience in a visa/travel industry will be preferred.
  • Should be a Graduate .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,300.00 per month
