We are a catering company based out here in Alquoz, Dubai, and we are looking for a Smart Customer service staff to join our organization. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers/clients to respond to queries ,maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best assist patrons.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries like answering phone calls or responding to emails and messages
• Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
• Ensuring that customers or clients are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
• Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases
• Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
• Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality field is required.
• Strong sales background/ marketing skills with some food knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience working as a Customer service associate in any restaurant or food industry or any related industry.
• Malayalam speaking candidates with decent English and good telephone etiquette preferred with good energy , basic math, and logic with good commitment and dedication to work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with relevant degree or home country experience can be considered
• Excellent customer service skills
• Maximum Age limit-32

Salary-1500 plus incentives after 2 months. (inclusive food and accommodation)

Male /female candidates preferred.
