UNOO is a retail and ecommerce company that deals with hundreds of queries online and in-store regularly.

As we grow, we need a team player that will contribute and add value to the team and company.

We are looking for a talented, result-driven, and friendly Sales/Customer Service representative to be responsible for hitting daily, monthly and yearly sales targets, delivering an outstanding experience to all customers and through appropriate sales techniques.

Primary Role and Key Accountabilities:

• Achieving Monthly Sales Target
• Assisting Walk-in and Online Customers
• Basic Data Entry
• Customer Service
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven successful experience as a retail associate
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the same field
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Must be flexible with the working hours and tasks
• Must have a solid understanding of basic sales techniques

You will receive a sales commission upon meeting the target.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
