Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Female)
Job Location: JLT Cluster L
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Follow-ups:

  • Call customers to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor while addressing payment-related concerns.

Upselling & Customer Engagement:

  • Promote additional products and services during customer interactions to increase sales.
  • Inform customers about new arrivals, discounts, or special offers.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and ensure repeat business.

Order Processing:

  • Assist in picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all orders are packed according to company standards and delivered on time.

Record-Keeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain a detailed record of payment follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Report daily activities and progress to the management.

Team Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade customers and handle objections tactfully.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)

Personal Qualities:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Language Proficiency:
