Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide detailed product and service information.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
