RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- To act of the 1st Point Of Contact for all customers across all location and Navy Afloat vessels.
- Providing excellent service and support with full knowledge of catalog details, scheduling requirements and ordering details and WMS system.
- Primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and delivering a positive experience in every interaction.
- Assist with Logistics sub-department in terms of liaising with carriers and SDDC for container bookings for P2P movements from UAE.
- Liaise with internal departments to identify container requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of 2-years industry experience in a role within Logistics and Customer Service.
- Familiarity with Military customer service and logistics.
- Ability to work in a team environment / cross functional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office applications user i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
