We are looking for a skilled customer service representative to join the staff at our retail store. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be asked to greet our customers as they enter the store and direct them to the items they’re looking for.Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or service handling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the retail sales process.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge in using POS is an advantage
- Generate sales leads
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Chocolate & Flower Shop.
- Basic knowledge of sweets and chocolates is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can provide NOC.
- Willing to stay in company accommodation
- Can start immediately.
