Customer Success Agent UAE

You will:

  • Together with UAE Daily Operations Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in the UAE.
  • Provide real-time assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their transportation needs are met promptly.
  • Manage daily operations and planning.
  • First point of contact for our customer operations and other partners such as carriers, vendors and sub contractors like workshops, hardware dealers, agents etc.
  • Analyze and optimize performance of fleet securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved.
  • Handle, log and resolve customer requests/issues.
  • Monitoring internal monitoring tools, support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations.
  • Prepare performance and monitoring reports as per company requirements.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies, safety regulations, and sustainability goals
  • Any additional task delegated by reporting manager.

We expect you to:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role within operations management, logistics or other relevant settings.
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced 24×7 environment.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi & Urdu is a must.
  • UAE drivers License is a must, Heavy Truck license is a bonus.
  • Strong collaborator and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Strong service and solution oriented mindset.
  • Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of transportation software, GPS tracking, and digital communication tools
  • Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Familiarity with logistics, fleet management systems, or CRM tools is a plus
