You will:
- Together with UAE Daily Operations Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in the UAE.
- Provide real-time assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their transportation needs are met promptly.
- Manage daily operations and planning.
- First point of contact for our customer operations and other partners such as carriers, vendors and sub contractors like workshops, hardware dealers, agents etc.
- Analyze and optimize performance of fleet securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved.
- Handle, log and resolve customer requests/issues.
- Monitoring internal monitoring tools, support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations.
- Prepare performance and monitoring reports as per company requirements.
- Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies, safety regulations, and sustainability goals
- Any additional task delegated by reporting manager.
We expect you to:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role within operations management, logistics or other relevant settings.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced 24×7 environment.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Urdu is a must.
- UAE drivers License is a must, Heavy Truck license is a bonus.
- Strong collaborator and excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong service and solution oriented mindset.
- Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of transportation software, GPS tracking, and digital communication tools
- Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
- Familiarity with logistics, fleet management systems, or CRM tools is a plus
