Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general inquiries
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
