Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and verify data in various systems and databases with accuracy.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to support administrative and reporting needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 50 WPM preferred) with high accuracy.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment in the UAE.
