Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to handle information with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other erp systems.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Organize and manage electronic and paper files.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to data management.
  • Perform regular checkups to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
