We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team and manage key digital initiatives across social media, SEO, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring brand consistency, content excellence, and the smooth execution of digital marketing strategies across internal teams and external agency partners.
Core responsibilities
Social Media Management
o Conduct content research and manage content creation in collaboration with the graphic designer and video editor/s
o Handle content scheduling and posting across platforms
o Engage and grow the community by responding to messages, comments, and mentions
o Track social media performance and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
SEO and Website Optimisation
o Ensure the technical implementation of SEO strategies and work closely with web developers or contractors to execute improvements
o Monitor and report on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and technical SEO updates
o Oversee the work of external SEO vendors to ensure alignment with brand goals
Marketing and Agency Coordination
o Work with advertising agencies and marketing partners to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives
o Assist in managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google search and YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising initiatives
o Ensure that all visual and copy assets are on-brand and optimised for performance
o Oversee and track marketing projects in Trello, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are executed efficiently
General Coordination and Reporting
o Manage ad hoc client requests, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency
o Support the marketing team with campaign planning, execution, and reporting
o Regularly analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies and identify growth opportunities
