Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This position plays a critical role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. The role also requires expertise in using social media platforms to engage with the target audience, create compelling content, and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports on ROI and key metrics.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop creative marketing ideas, ad content, and landing pages.
  • Produce and manage content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
  • SEO & SEM:
  • Perform keyword research and optimize web content for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Manage and improve website performance through SEO techniques.
  • Run search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to generate traffic and leads.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media monitoring tools to track the performance of campaigns.
  • Analyze user engagement, conversion rates, and other key metrics to refine strategies.
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, SEO performance, social media engagement, and paid advertising ROI.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and promotions.
  • Segment the audience for personalized and targeted email content.
  • Use marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and developers to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new digital technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM techniques, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity in content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online advertising platforms.
  • Experience in managing a budget for digital campaigns.
