  • A proven track record in Digital Marketing in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Exceptional skills in Improving Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
  • Proficient in Marketing Research and Statistical Analysis.
  • An ability to identify Target Audiences and devise Digital Campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing Databases, Emails, Social Media or Display Advertising Campaigns.
  • Competent in A/B Testing and Multivariate Experiments.
  • A working knowledge of Ad-serving tools.
  • Skilled in optimising Landing Pages and User Funnels.
  • A thorough knowledge of Website and Marketing Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush and others.
  • Expertise in setting up and optimising PPC Campaigns on all major search engines.
  • A knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrates and implements all Digital Marketing Campaigns, encompassing Web, SEO/SEM, Database Marketing, Email, Social Media, and Display Advertising.
  • Crafts, constructs, and maintains FIVE’s industry-leading Websites with Engaging Content, ensuring a compelling online presence that reflects our sensational offerings.
  • Engages in creative Brainstorming Sessions to develop innovative Growth Strategies, elevating our digital marketing.
  • Strategises, executes, and evaluates Experiments and Conversion Tests, pushing boundaries to achieve remarkable outcomes.
  • Applies strong Analytical Acumen to assess the End-to-end Customer Journey across various channels, identifying bespoke Conversion Points and enhancing User Funnels for outstanding performance.
  • Partners with Agencies and Vendors, fostering synergistic and seamless relationships.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of Digital Innovation, and provides insightful Thought Leadership to guide strategic adoption.
  • Analyses and Reports on the Performance of Digital Marketing Initiatives, evaluating against ROI and KPIs, to ensure that our efforts consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Discovers Trends and Insights, leveraging them to Optimise Expenditure and Enhance Performance.
  • Collaborates seamlessly with Marketing and Public Relations, Creative, and other Internal Teams to curate ‘FIVE-Styled’ landing pages, optimising the User Experience.
  • Contributes to the behind-the-scenes ‘Vibe at FIVE’ and champions our FIVE Tribe’s Commitment to Excellence.
  • Delivers Exciting Announcements and Spearheads Initiatives that make FIVE’s Digital Footprint Stronger.
