Job Title: Manual Driver & Event Assistant for Event Company

Location: Doha, Qatar

We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking Driver & Event Assistant to join our team, helping us deliver and set up event essentials while supporting our team on-site.

Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of event equipment and assisting with the setup and breakdown of event spaces.

This role requires a candidate with a manual driving license, good physical stamina, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicle to transport event equipment to and from various event locations in Doha.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing event equipment, including tables, chairs, decor, and other rental items.
• Support event setup and takedown, ensuring all elements are arranged according to client specifications and standards.
• Handle and care for equipment to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
• Work closely with the event team to troubleshoot and solve any setup challenges.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, report any maintenance issues promptly, and ensure the vehicle is in excellent working condition.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service on-site.

Requirements:

• Valid manual driving license in Qatar.
• Prior experience as a driver and/or event setup assistant is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
