Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Review, prioritize, and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
