Executive Assistant

THE POSITION

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a period of 6 months. This position will be responsible for supporting and providing assistance to the General Manager and the Management Team. Key responsibilities in this role will include carrying out secretarial, organizational and project-based tasks as well as efficiently coordinating different activities across all functions and at a company level to ensure efficient execution. This position will be reporting to the General Manager/Head of Human Pharma NEUAE (Near East & UAE Operating Unit).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistant to the General Manager and ad hoc assistance to the Leadership Team (LT)
  • Professional coordination of meetings, travels and general assistance as required
  • Planning, coordination, documentation of management meetings incl. follow-up
  • Ensure efficient team management through adequate coaching and coordination of tasks in alignment with expectations of relevant business areas
  • Professional organization of meetings/events and ad hoc assistance to the LT as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Ability to balance an understanding of the business and employee needs
  • Flexibility and agility to manage and support changes in the organization and need for continuous improvements
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and an open mind to on-line tools in general
  • Results oriented and ability to lead projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
