About the Role:
We are looking for a Facilities Management (FM) Coordinator in the real estate industry, with a strong experience in handling customer complaints and facility maintenance. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. You would work on a range of tasks that are critical to the seamless functioning of the company’s properties, both for residents and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with communities and service providers to ensure all services are operational.
- Prepare Scope of Work and coordinate with contractors on project progress and critical issues.
- Provide technical assistance to communities and service providers as needed.
- Address emergency situations and assist in quick resolutions.
- Coordinate with teams during crises and report incidents to authorities, following established processes.
- Evaluate technical proposals and provide periodic updates to management.
- Monitor statutory testing of safety systems (e.g., fire alarms, generators).
- Review environmental matters and conduct inspections/audits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduation in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma
- 2-3 years in facilities management
- Strong understanding of HVAC / MEP services in high-rise buildings
- Familiarity with UAE & Dubai regulations
- Proficiency in FM software and reporting tools. (CAFM/CMMS).
- UAE Driving License and Car
- Candidates must be available within the UAE and able to join on short notice
