Job Description


Summary:
 Provide exceptional service to guests during banquets and events by ensuring efficient and professional food and beverage service. Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas, and deliver a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve food and beverages according to banquet/event specifications.
  • Setup & Cleanup: Set up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. Clean and reset tables and banquet spaces as needed.
  • Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively. Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture and equipment as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Opera
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • At least 2 years experience working on a similar role.
  • Hospitality background is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
