We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our four restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Operational Management:*
– Oversee daily operations of all four restaurants, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
2. *Staff Management:*
– Recruit, train, and supervise staff, cultivating a positive work environment.
– Schedule staff and manage labor costs to maintain budgetary guidelines.
3. *Customer Service:*
– Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service in a friendly and professional manner.
– Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
4. *Menu Management:*
– Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus, ensuring high quality and seasonal offerings.
– Monitor food presentation and adherence to established standards.
5. *Financial Oversight:*
– Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth.
– Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
6. *Inventory Control:*
– Manage inventory levels of food and beverages, ensuring proper stock and minimizing waste.
– Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
7. *Marketing and Promotion:*
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and seasonal promotions across the restaurants.
8. *Compliance and Safety:*
– Ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
– Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain a clean and safe environment.
*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
– Minimum of5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-restaurant environment.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
