Full job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure everything is ready for service including personnel, equipment, and other items required for catering.
- Supervise staff on a daily basis. Assist in planning staff shifts, rotas, overtime.
- Monitor the standard and use of staff uniform and ensure staff have the necessary equipment and materials needed to carry out their jobs efficiently.
- Ensure that staff use equipment in line with the manufacturer s guidelines.
- To abide by all health and safety and food safety regulations.
- Preparation of and the serving of meals to customers to the required standard set by the client.
- Ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
OTHERS:
- Food / Accommodation / Transportation provided by the company
- Working Hours & Days – 10 hours duty, 6 days working with 1 weekly off
- Work Location – New Logistics Village
- Prev. Work Experience – Minimum 2 years experience in the job role with an industrial catering company.
