We’re looking for a full timer as a Finance Admin lady to take care of the following tasks:

  • Records for: Receipts, Cheques, Salaries, Security Deposit, Maintenance, Suppliers, Inventory and Supplies, Tourism Dirham, Expenses, Cash-in & Cash-out, Commissions, Utility Bills.
  • Extensions Reminders
  • Claim Dues & Balances
  • Bank Accounts
  • Landlords’ Reports
  • Transfers Records
  • Balance Sheet, general ledger and book keeping
  • Records for HR and staff
  • Records of duties and follow up execution
