We’re looking for a full timer as a Finance Admin lady to take care of the following tasks:
- Records for: Receipts, Cheques, Salaries, Security Deposit, Maintenance, Suppliers, Inventory and Supplies, Tourism Dirham, Expenses, Cash-in & Cash-out, Commissions, Utility Bills.
- Extensions Reminders
- Claim Dues & Balances
- Bank Accounts
- Landlords’ Reports
- Transfers Records
- Balance Sheet, general ledger and book keeping
- Records for HR and staff
- Records of duties and follow up execution
