Key Responsibilities
- Crafts bespoke Fitness Programmes tailored to individual Guest needs, taking into account their Fitness levels, goals, and Unique requirements, for a truly Personalised Experience.
- Delivers One-On-One Personal Training Sessions, offering Expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and holistic wellness to help Guests achieve their fitness Aspirations.
- Engages with Guests to uncover their Fitness Goals, provides next-level Support and Encouragement, and creates a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Experience.
- Participates in and contributes to Special events, workshops, and wellness retreats.
- Leads exhilarating Group Fitness Classes such as yoga, Pilates, spinning, and HIIT, ensuring a Safe and Enjoyable ‘Vibe at FIVE’ for all participants.
- Keeps Meticulous Records of Guest interactions, fitness programmes, and class attendance, assisting with Scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintains the Pristine cleanliness and Exceptional functionality of fitness equipment and facilities, promptly reporting any issues to the Wellness Manager to uphold our Premium standards.
- Ensures all fitness activities adhere to Health and Safety Regulations, informing guests about Safe equipment usage and enhancing their overall well-being.
- Stays at the Forefront of Fitness trends, techniques, and equipment, ensuring FIVE remains a Leader in innovative and boundary-breaking fitness offerings.
- Collaborates closely with the Spa and Wellness Departments, integrating fitness with other luxury wellness services to Deliver a comprehensive Health Experience.
