Job Description: • Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise expansion then recruit, screen, and select potential franchisees. • Assist new franchisees in the setup process, including site selection and store opening. • Make regular market and store visits to ensure brand standards and operational guidelines are implemented. • Collaborate with franchisees to manage buying budgets to ensure efficient inventory levels and maximize profitability.
