Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest services
- Supervise, train, and support front office staff
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and service quality
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a hotel managing front desk and hotel operations is mandatory
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of PMS systems and hotel operations
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
