Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and forward inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings for clients and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide information about available properties, services, and office policies.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the front desk area is well-stocked.
  • Assist the sales and management teams as needed with various tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
