Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management:

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle scheduling and coordination of meeting rooms and office facilities.

Executive Support:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Oversee office records, filing systems, and data management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
