Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle scheduling and coordination of meeting rooms and office facilities.
Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events.
- Act as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Oversee office records, filing systems, and data management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
