After your successful appointment you can expect to hear regularly from our HR team who are available for group and 1:1 Q&As, as well as a staff buddy or mentor who will introduce themselves and be your first port of call for the questions you may have about school life or living overseas.

Once you have joined us in-country our INSET programme, tailored specifically for the needs of new staff, aims to help you settle into life in Dubai (if you are new to the UAE), and familiarise yourself with our school-specific policy and practices in a smaller group setting with our senior leaders. Returning staff then join us for an induction into the school year.
