Welcome guests upon arrival and accompany them during their stay.

Manage any requests, reports or complaints, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

Promote services, activities and experiences offered by the Resort.

Collect feedback and monitor customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with reception, entertainment, catering and housekeeping to ensure a smooth and personalized service.

Job Profile

Previous experience in similar roles is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of English at a communicative level.

Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.

Neat presence, smile and positive attitude.
