Duties & Responsibilities – Gym Manager
- Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a smooth member experience
- Supervise fitness staff, trainers, and front desk personnel
- Develop staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of gym facilities and equipment
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor membership sales, renewals, and overall client retention
- Implement promotional campaigns and community engagement activities
- Maintain inventory of gym supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
- Prepare and submit reports on facility usage, staff performance, and revenue
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and supply procurement
- Stay updated on fitness industry trends and suggest service improvements
