Duties & Responsibilities – Gym Manager

  • Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a smooth member experience
  • Supervise fitness staff, trainers, and front desk personnel
  • Develop staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of gym facilities and equipment
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
  • Monitor membership sales, renewals, and overall client retention
  • Implement promotional campaigns and community engagement activities
  • Maintain inventory of gym supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on facility usage, staff performance, and revenue
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and supply procurement
  • Stay updated on fitness industry trends and suggest service improvements
