We are seeking a strategic marketing expert who will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate market and understands how to position a brand for maximum visibility and sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement high-impact marketing plans to increase property sales and leasing.
  • Strengthen WAY Real Estate’s brand positioning through strategic campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage real estate campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Optimize SEO strategies and enhance website content to boost organic traffic.
  • Oversee CRM automation, email marketing campaigns, and targeted digital ads.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize for higher conversion rates and ROI.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop engaging social media campaigns to attract buyers and investors.
  • Manage company presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Oversee the creation of blogs, video content, and virtual property tours.

Events, PR & Offline Marketing

  • Plan and execute property launches, open houses, and real estate expos.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners for PR and brand collaborations.
  • Implement outdoor advertising, print media, and sponsorships.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with sales, leasing, and development teams to align strategies.
  • Manage external agencies, designers, and content creators.
