Job Title: Head Waiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the dining experience, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

– Manage food and beverage service in the restaurant.

– Train and supervise waitstaff to maintain high service standards.

– Greet and seat guests, providing menu recommendations.

– Take and process customer orders accurately.

– Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

– Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

– Monitor inventory of cutlery and service equipment.

– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

– Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role.

– Valid Food Handler Certificate is a MUST.

– Strong leadership and communication skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Excellent customer service skills.
