As a Guest Relations Hostess in the Recreation Department, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and personalized attention. You will be responsible for managing guest interactions in recreational areas, ensuring that all activities and amenities meet the highest standards of luxury and satisfaction.
As a Guest Relations Hostess you will also:
- Welcome guests to the Recreation Department with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Provide detailed information about the hotel’s recreational facilities and activities, including pools, fitness centers, spas, and organized events
- Assist guests with reservations for recreational services and activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking process
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the Recreation team to coordinate and execute special events, classes, and activities
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational areas
- Gather guest feedback and provide insights to improve service and guest satisfaction
- Uphold the hotel’s luxury standards and ensure that all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence
What We Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations with grace and efficiency
- Professional, positive and approachable attitude
